William and Teresa Cochran create projects that contribute to sustainable urban centers and healthy communities. Working as a team, they have pioneered mass-scale participatory processes and collaborate regularly with cities, design teams, and cultural organizations in public art planning and place-making initiatives.
NEW: William and Teresa Cochran served for three years as sub-consultants to the City of Rochester, New York for an urban art trail, working with Bergmann Associates and many stakeholder organizations in design, public participation, public art consulting and grant writing roles.
