The Dreaming (www.TheDreaming.info) - Commissioned by Shared Vision: Public Art for Community Transformation with support from Eccles Bros Struever & Rouse and Frederick County
Artistic team: Margaret Hluch, weaver; Julian Waters, calligrapher; Tom King, AIA, architect; Jim Mills, AIA, architect (collaborating with artist on the public art plaza); Teresa Cochran; Derix Glasstudios, as well as numerous historians and institutions. Project leaders: David Greber and Jim Mills, AIA.
Community Bridge - Commissioned by the City of Frederick in partnership with Shared Vision: Public Art for Community Transformation, with support from The Rotary Club of Carroll Creek and Frederick County

Kardia - Commissioned by the St. Louis Regional Arts Commission
The artist worked closely with his partner Teresa in the design of this work. Kardia was created at Derix Glasstudios in Germany with the help and expertise of Derix artisans.

The scale model for The Weaving Wall was designed in collaboration with Albuquerque-based textile artist John Garrett, who fabricated it.

Sky Loom - Design commissioned by Mercer Companies

Earthbound
Earthbound, designed by William Cochran in 1988, painted by the artist in collaboration with Paul Wilson (who painted the portrait, pheasant, and open window casements) and with able assistance from Nancy Rupertus.
