William Cochran is a painter and sculptor who works in collaboration with communities in many ways. His public artworks have been called "monuments to human communion." They contribute to sustainable downtowns and healthy communities. Working as a team, William and Teresa Cochran have pioneered mass-scale participatory processes and collaborate regularly with cities, design teams, museums and cultural organizations in public art planning and placemaking initiatives.
